Bandai Releases Space Battleship Yama

Bandai as posted images on their Facebook Page of the rad Soul of Chogokin Space Battleship Yamato 2199.

The 17" long die-cast replica from the classic 1974 anime series Space Battleship Yamato (Star Blazers). 

The main body with a bucket load of extras of a removable stability wing, 2 replacement Rocket Anchors, 2 Kosumozero fighters, 2 6-Cosmo Falcon Fighters and a body pedestal remote control with LED's in the control room, rear engines and wave motion gun. 

The Battleship Yamato will go for $277 USD and is due for release later in the year.

Brick Boutique and Robo Toy Fest are back May 5!

Brick Boutique and Robo Toy Fest are back for another year big better larger stronger (sounds like a Daft Punk song), Sunday May 5.

Brick Boutique is a one day convention for LEGO, Megablocs and other Building toy enthusiasts while Robo Toy Fest  is a gathering and convention for Robot enthusiasts. 

Brick Boutique will be sharing the space with Robo Toy Fest giving you two shows for the price of one with FREE ADMISSION at 10 am or Early Bird admission $5.00. Located at Pasadena Convention Center and have expanding to Ballrooms A, B, and C which makes 30% bigger space for even more fun.

There will be plenty of vendors on hand for both cons to buy sell and trade, 100 kids gift bags to give away as well as a large FREE play area where kids get to build and keep what ever they build.
