First Teaser of the Dead Astronaut Gangsta

3A Toys has released the first teaser image of the Dead Astronaut Gangsta from the awesome Ashley Wood. 

No word yet on when the Dead Astronaut Gangsta will be released or details about the figure but we'll keep you posted.

Ghost Pig Appears thanks to Laird Henderson

Haunting the kitchen table comes 'The Ghost Pig', designed and Sculpted by Laird Henderson aka 'Big Trubble' and Painted by Tara Krebs.

"You may eat his flesh, but you can’t consume his soul. The pig is released from his corporeal body just before the first bites are taken. He’s now free to explore the spirit world and haunt his tormentors for years to come."

Limited to only 30 pieces the 7" tall cast in resin, painted with cel-vinyl and then clear coated awesome Haunted Ham is now available to purchase here.

Garbage Pail Kids MiniKins arriving this October

We mentioned here that Topps had decided to re-release the Garbage Pail Kids as mini-figures to collect, well coming this October get excited as the Garbage Pail Kids MiniKins will drop. 

Made soft revin and measuring approx 1" tall, which should sit nicely with the original Cheap Toys. 

There are some changes to this release however:

• 26 different mini-figures and stickers 

• Each "Single Blind Pack" will contain 2 mystery figures and two stickers

• Each "Jumbo Blind Pack" will contain 3 mystery figures, 1 visible figure, and four stickers Base version are fully-painted in multiple colors to match the original sticker 

• Chase versions are available in 4 different colors: Neon Blue & Neon Red (1:3 packs), Neon Green (1:4 packs), Neon Yellow (1:12 packs)

It appears that the chase versions will be the real collectors items due to their similarity to the original Cheap Toys. In this latest GPK release Topps will produce a massive 130 figure MinKins complete set!

kaNO's 'Bodega' V.2 Toy Signing & Store Release

kaNO is about to release version 2 of his 'Bodega' figure. Featuring an all new clearer body and swivel head, each figure has developed a personal style from the artists involved.

kaNO is flying in to My Plastic Heart, May 10 from 7.00 - 9.00 pm. and be joined by the talented Toofly for a limited quantity of each of their 'Bodega's' to sign.

kaNO's site will exclusively sell Bodega on his online store here. The Toofly Bodega will be available to retailers via DKE Toys at a later date.

Winter Is Coming To Your Couch

Without a doubt Game of Thrones is the most popular TV show in the world and now you can watch it in comfort with these luxurious soft pillows.

Archer Becomes An Action Figure

Factory Entertainment are creating an action figure and other assorted collectibles based on the FX animated series Archer. Featured this year at the New York Toy Fair, the image is a computer generated render for the 6" Archer figure.

Archer will feature 18 points of articulation and include a variety of accessories. No word on when the agent for  International Secret Intelligence Service will be available but we'll keep you posted.

B.U.N.N.Y.W.I.T.H. Mini Figs

DKE Toys presents the B.U.N.N.Y.W.I.T.H. (Based Upon Nearly Nothing, You Will Indulge in These Hares) figures. Designed by Alex Pardee and sculpted by George Gaspar these PVC mini figs of Bunnywith Siamese Twin, Bunnywith Mesmerizing Eye, Bunnywith No Legs, Bunnywith Hammerhead, and Bunnywith…Um…Nothing.

The 2.5" tall B.U.N.N.Y.W.I.T.H. characters are available in white, red, purple, blue and the traditional peachy M.U.S.C.L.E. style color with each display box contains 50 figures or 2 complete bagged sets of 25 (5 figures in 5 colors).

DOOM's Space Marine Hero Goes Vinyl

DOOM fans rejoice as Symbiote Studios is commemorating id Software's classic shooters 20th anniversary this December by releasing the game's space marine hero as a vinyl figure.

The 3.5" arm articulated space marine figure is clad in his signature green armor, along with BFG-9000 and removable helmet.

You can pre-order the figure for $20 from here and due to drop May 15.

After 70 years The Little Prince takes the Vinyl Throne

Created 70 years ago by Antoine de Saint-Exupery's world famous 'The Little Prince' has been newly designed by french illustrator Bill Otomo and sculpted by Monster5.

The small 4" vinyl figure is for all those who don't wanna grow up and can be pro-ordered for only $14.99 via My Plastic Heart here.

A Howling Success for Squishable's Plush Werewolf

Squishable has released the first image of their campaign from fan-submitted designs with its first plush Werewolf. The orignal image of Werewolf was by Tara S and then turned into this ball of howling fuzz. 

The 15" round Squishable Werewolf is now available to pre-order from here and due to drop in June. To see other Project Open Squish winners who's wrk will be making it's way through development can been seen here.

Mattel get Mini on MOTU Exclusive

Awesome news for MOTU fans today as Mattel announced their latest SDCC exclusive with the mini versions of He-Man and Skeletor in a foldout mini Castle Grayskull diorama package! Each figure consists of six points of articulation and comes with snap-on accessories such as a power sword, shield and havoc staff.

The Castle Grayskull pack will be available for pre-order at MattyCollector.com on June 4, 2013, to be picked up at San Diego Comic-Con (details to come). It will also be available for purchase at the show, then at MattyCollector.com on August 5.
